Chef Required At Silverstone Golf Club & Hotel - 

 We have a fantastic opportunity due to expanding business, we are looking to recruit a Chef to work alongside our fantastic team.

We are situated on the Northamptonshire / Buckinghamshire border right opposite the famous F1 Grand Prix Circuit. Very close to Towcester, Buckingham & Brackley.

We are looking for a hard working & enthusiastic individual with new ideas to bring our business forward.

We expect our chefs to take responsibility for the ordering, stock control, planning of menus, cleanliness of the kitchen. We work as a small team - alongside other chef's. A lovely friendly environment.

Silverstone Golf Club caters for hospitality, weddings, golf societies, social functions & catering for guests from our accommodation, as well as looking after our day to day visitors & members. We cater for breakfast for our onsite accommodation, lunches & evening meals, with our location near to Silverstone Circuit & Silverstone Business parks we have a variety of customers visit us.

We also work alongside Silverstone Circuit hosting large events three times a year which we offer onsite catering here at the golf cub

40 hour week over 5 days

Desirable:- Has own transport

 Key Responsibilities:-

Prepare & cook high quality food
Help develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring all COSHH, H&S and Hygiene standards are correctly monitored and recorded
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Work alongside our other chefs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £31,200.00 per year

8 Hour Shift
