Just have to say thanks to Dave for his excellent organisation. It was our first visit to the golf club, although my husband had used other sites in the past, the facilities here far excelled others. Given the really bad weather conditions we were so gratefull for the dining facilities, which we only booked a week before. The food was exceptional, and the breakfast set us up for the day,and was extremely good value for money, being foodies, we would give it the full four stars.All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly be back for our second stay in 2013. Thanks again.

It was my first time camping at your camp-site, and the weather couldn't have been worse. However, the camping couldn't have been better. The location, site, facilities, services and staff were WONDERFUL. Unbelievably, all the toilets on-site were kept clean and had a continuos supply of paper. The "washroom" was always stocked with kitchen-roll and bins were emptied on a regular basis. There was ample space in large bins for everyday usage, and what litter there was on the field was "magically" removed. All the staff in the clubhouse were very welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff were always pleasant, and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely people who were towing campers out and charging car batteries. "Five Star" camping it certainly was, as the 8-year old in our party said!Glastonbury for petrol-heads.

Yet again Dave and crew provided a fab weekend despite the best of the British weather! So nice to have everything within a 5 min walk, showers, loo's, good food, bar and the track!

I had very enjoyable stay as a camper for this year's formula 1 grand prix. The cleaners did a fantastic job of keeping the place tidy with the amount of mud and rain and the entertainment in the evening was very enjoyable. The evening meals were excellent, it was a buffet with 4 or 5 meal choices and then 4 choices for dessert. The cheesecake was absolutely amazing. Breakfast on the other hand was poor, it was a very greasy, fried breakfast. We paid £5.50 each and got one sausage, a tiny bit of bacon, a hash brown, one piece of fried bread, one egg and some beans and mushrooms. You don't get a drink with it and there were no other options like cereal or toast. My advice would be to definately buy your evening meal, but if you aren't a fan of a fried breakfast every morning I would bring your own food. Overall, a very enjoyable experience with the screens showing the sport and a huge marquee with evening entertainment that wasn't so loud you couldn't get an early night.

Amazing third year camping here for gp. Cleaners work so hard and do a fab job especially in these rainy/muddy conditions. The staff are amazing. They accommodated everything and kept us smiling. Food was great...screens showing sports were a god send and entertainment fabulous! See you next year.

I would just like to say thank you to the golf club for a very successful Moto GP experience. It was great to use the facilities at the club especially as the weather was so horrid and the extra screens for the football were a real bonus. It is also the first time when camping at a GP that we have slept through both nights, a really quiet campsite - no crazies reving engines & partying all night. Will be booking again for next year. Very many thanks to Dave and all the staff at Silverstone Golf Club. You all did a terrific job in an exceptionally friendly, polite and efficient manner.
The food, drinks and service were spot on, priced reasonably, and well run. The entertainment was free and highly enjoyable.
The toilets and showers were well maintained and clean. The site quietens down well at night and it is nice to see the security patrols.
The campsite is less than a ten minute walk from Silverstone circuit.
We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Camped for the MotoGP. This must be the best site at Silverstone. 10 mins. from trackside & 5 mins from a proper bar and excellent food. The staff were extremely helpfull, very cheerfull and friendly. The cleaning girls did a wonderful job, especially the camp loos!

We were completely happy with everything about the campsite, the facilities and the location (which couldn’t be better – far enough away to be quiet and close enough to be just a five minute walk). We would have no hesitation is recommending the Golf Club to our friends.
If you are going to offer the service again next year we will be there! If I can provisionally book a pitch for 2011 please put me down.

Silverstone Golf Club is a perfect venue for a wedding. We have so many memories of our wedding there and all of our guests said how fabulous evrything was, especially the food. Lucy and Scott were so helpful in assisting us to plan our special day and we just wish we could do it all again.. at Silverstone Golf Club of course! Our Presidents evening at Silverstone Golf Club was a great success, thanks in a major part to your effort. We did little to get involved with the organisation and left it almost entirely to you.
I have received countless comments of how great the venue was, the staff were super, the food was splendid and so on.
I attend many dinners at all sorts of venues including some of the most expensive and allegedly the best, few compete with the evening we enjoyed last week evening at Silverstone Golf Club, the atmosphere and surroundings are spot on.
Please will you pass on our thanks to all of your team and a special thanks to you for your effort, it all made for a fabulous evening that will be remembered by all for a very long time.
I would not hesitate to recommend you and your venue as the best in the area.

Had a fantastic golf society afternoon at the golf club at the beginning of April, with a pint & a pie meal deal afterwards. All 20 society members aggreeded that the course and the golf was excellent and the meal was very tasty value for money.

My good friend and I held our joint 50th birthday party at Silverstone G.C. on 4th July. It was the perfect venue - the room has a great layout, the decking outside was perfect to take a breather on a warm summers evening, the bar was always well staffed, the food was great and all the staff were excellent in their attentiveness and manner. All in all, an excellent time was had by all and I would not hesitate in recommending the venue in the future. Thanks to Scott and all the staff n.b. 30 of us also played a game of golf on the afternoon and I can recommend the course too!

My daughter, was camping on your site and it great to be able to park at the golf club, despite having parking and ride tickets.
I hope this facility will be available for future events at Silverstone.

I just wanted to say on behalf of what has now become known comically as \"Tony\'s Tours\" by my 8 friends who camped at your golf club during the Grand Prix this weekend, a massive THANK YOU.
It takes a lot to keep a group of 9 men in their, lets say late thrities/early forties, happy for three days but your team did a fantastic job.
Being a group of men as refered to above, we decided that we didn\'t need our \"Sat Nav\'s\" and so, after getting so lost that we did an extra 100 miles on our journey, we arrived at something like 11 pm and in the dark. Dave was there waiting for us and was kind enough to sort us out with our pitch and hand us the package.
We ended up eating breakfast and evenings meals at the golf club, such was the value for money and levels of service. The food was delivered to our tables quickly by very friendly, smiling waitresses who just didn\'t seem to stop working. It was clear to us that all your staff \"Mucked In\" and worked what seemed like day and night to provide us with the best anyone could expect from a golf club for the other 51 weeks of the year.
Thanks for making the \"Last ever Silverstone Grand Prix?\" a brilliant weekend.
